First time having a house with a sliding glass door and i m getting water inside.
Sliding glass door leaking at bottom.
If you have a problem with water leaking it will usually be on the bottom track threshold of the non stationary door.
Have a reputable sliding door contractor remove the door if it has not been damaged build a new frame and reinstall the door.
Damage to the door itself.

Once you ve exposed the top sides and bottom of the door you can assess what needs to be.
I ve checked them and they drain properly.
The track where the screen sits has weep holes.
Weep holes on the door four in total are fully functional.
Test the door for the location of the leak.
There are a number of causes for this many of whiich you might be able to debug when it it is raining or with a small amount of discrete sprinkling of the outside of the door.
If a frame is crooked water can leak into the gaps between door and frame.

If the tracks are dirty the doors can become misaligned and water can easily seep into the home.

It looks like the previous owners had the same problem because there is some damage to the floor there.
A sliding glass door is no better than the frame into which it is placed.
Be sure to tape thin sheets of plywood over the glass to protect the door from flying pieces of concrete.

1 leakage from poor failed caulk and or flashing over or around the door leaking down to the bottom of the door and then out onto the floor.
If you cannot re create the leak problem inspect the interior of the door for stains or rust.
I used this tape for sealing.
There is no gasket at all on ours only on the bottom the gap on the opening of the door is about 1 4 quot.
Spray the door and look for the leak location.
Aim a garden water hose with a sprayer set on mist or low at the outside of the sliding door.
We went with a custom glass shower door instead.
