Spectrum advertised 200 mbps speed but said the the motorola surfboard was not compatible to reach 200 mbps with their system.
I failed to mention that the wifi led light on the router is off this may explain why both wireless bands are blinking the way they are.

After switching over to the new modum directly connected to the pc everything worked fine.

The new xt2 camera was only at one red bar for the sync module but the same four bars for wifi.
